Your Love for God- Part 4

Commit to Memory:  “…Be sure of this: I am with you always even  to the end of the age…” (Matthew 28:20 NLT).

One of the comforting passages in the synoptic gospel is this life assurance promise that the Lord Jesus have to his disciples and to everyone who believers in Jesus. He said I am with you always. This means as far as I am concerned, once the Lord Jesus is in my boat, there will be nothing to be worried about, in the midst of the troubled water he will make a way of escape for me. I like you to confess and say: “because the Lord Jesus is in the boat of my life- I fear no evil”. Hallelujah

We see again that another dividend that accrues to the profiting of the believer who loves the Lord is that there is an assurance that the Almighty God will be with you in the day of trouble. Why? Man born of a woman is of few days and full of trouble (Job 14:1) This is the main assignment of the devil today and it is for this cause he will never rest until he troubles the Israel of God. He is still in the business of running to and fro the earth causing unrest for people; if he cannot kill you, he will steal your joy or destroy your testimony but the truth is that, once you become born again, I mean once you make up your mind to live for the Lord and to love him as all you ever need and have, God will sustain you with might to resist the devil as He will show himself strong as the Refuge from the storm in every troubled waters of your life.

Friends, what is it that has troubled you on every side? As the Lord lives for a user of this inspiration, as you love the Lord wholeheartedly I see the Lord appearing as the fourth man in the fire for you.

Reflection: When the presence of God is evident in your life, you will become a reference of anything good.
