Commit to Memory: “Thou art the fountain of life, in thy light we see light.” (Psalm 36:9)

One of the names of Jesus is called “The Sun of Righteousness”. Why? He can illuminate every life that’s surrendered to him to become a light wherever they are any where they go. In same similitude just as the sun gives light to the moon, for the moon has no light of itself but reflects the light of the sun, if God’s light does not shine on you, then there is absolutely nothing to reflect. I like you this morning to make this your heart cry and say “Father, light me up”.

There are things that are not public, God must appear to you and show you. When he shows you, you become a shining light lightening and enlightening men. God must reveal to you if you must go far and grow wide. So we see that the language of God is light, it is for this reason when he encountered Paul, the Bible says a light came from heaven and shined on him and for this reason Paul will go all out to light up every town and city for Jesus. The KJV puts Acts 9:3 this way

“And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven.”

The secrets that make for exploits are revealed and showed by the Spirit. There is a secret to triumph in every season. The secret is access to more of light. We only rise and shine when light comes. (Isaiah 60:1). I pray, that light that will illuminate you and cause a change and divine intervention in your life will shine on you today.

Reflection: The more you dwell on the word and stay in his presence- the more of God’s light shines on you.
