Commit to Memory: “There is no fear in love. But perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love” (1 John 4:18 NKJV).

It takes three dimensions of God’s spirit to totally conquer fear, so we see that to vanquish fear God shields us from the effect fear brings to our lives by giving us three weapons to get rid of fear as captured in 2 Timothy 1:7 and learnt yesterday. This means that to overcome the bondage and demon called fear, you must receive power, love and a sound mind (a mind that is at rest and never moved). This is what will totally conquer fear in the life of a man. So we see that love is a panacea for fear and you are fearful because the barometer of your love is so minute. And so if you can grow more and increase in the love of Jesus, fear and every other spirit fear exposes you to will be far from your dwelling.  

Beloved, how deep is the love of God at work in your life? How deep daily are you growing and manifesting the love of Jesus? The Father’s love is deep towards every of His children, how deep is your love for Jesus? Start loving like Jesus, start sharing like Jesus, start empathizing like Jesus, start giving like Jesus, start having compassion on the less privileged like Jesus, start showing acts of kindness like Jesus and I tell you before you know it every seed of fear will be consumed by the weapon of God’s love living and manifesting in and through your life. Hallelujah.

Reflection: There is a revelation of God’s love towards men that if you don’t sustain it, the resultant effect is fear.
