Commit to Memory: “For to me, living means living for Christ… but if I live, I can do more fruitful work for Christ.” (Philippians 1:21-22 NLT)

To live for Jesus is for ones life to show forth God’s glory and praise wherever we are and whatever we become. It is for this reason, the song writer sang “I live for Jesus day after day, I’ll read my bible, I’ll always pray; The Holy Spirit will lead the way, I live for Jesus, day after day.” To live for Jesus, you must make it a point of duty to intentionally have a burning desire to seek and know the Lord.

Beloved, whatever contends with your faith if not guarded can destroy your life. Stop talking to men, when you are far from God as the heaven is from the earth in the secret place. Can men look at you and see Jesus living in you. It is for this reason, Paul said in 1 Timothy 4:12 NLT

“Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.”

Friends, the world must see Jesus in all we do and the very way we live our lives. Are there areas you are misinterpreting and misrepresenting Christ in your life? What is that character flop that keeps manifesting in your life and betray the Christ you profess? You sure need to know God to talk to men. You sure need to adopt the value system of the Kingdom. May God release the grace to live for Him now and always till the return of Christ.

Reflection: Whatever you become and aspire to achieve must be and reflect Christ.
