Commit to Memory: “Neither did I consider myself worthy to come to you. But [just] speak a word, and my servant boy will be healed…Now when Jesus heard this, He marvelled at him, and He turned and said to the crowd that followed Him, I tell you, not even in [all] Israel have I found such great faith [as this].” (Luke 7:7, 9 AMPC).

The Bible says God upholds all things by the word of His power. (Heb.1:3). Think about that. This means whatever God wants He spoke and immediately it came to pass. He created and evoked change through his words. He had no doubt or fear that His words would produce the change He desired. He believed against all odds that his words would do what He wanted them to accomplish. It is for this reason Jesus said in same similitude, like God our Father that – You should have the God kind of faith.

In today’s commit to memory, that man said to Jesus “Speak the word only” and my servant would be healed and it was so. The Bible says Jesus marvelled and said: that kind of faith was missing in Isreal. Why and how? It’s the God kind of faith that mortals rarely display. If we must have the God kind of faith, like Jesus in John 5:19, the Bible says Jesus was doing what he had seen his Father do and saying what he had Him say. He was always fond of speaking God’s word and trusting it to be fulfilled just as he wanted it to happen. Halleluyah.

So the point is to be and act the way God operates. He operates by Faith; it is for this reason all miracles are anchored on the wings of faith by operating the God kind of faith, you must release your faith through the words you speak and let your words reflect or repeat the word of God. Stop waiting to see results before you speak to that occurrence or situation, only speak forth your desire and I tell you the result will follow and that way you put pressure on God’s integrity to answer.

Reflection: Your words are the raw materials for the creation of the kind of world you want to see within and around you. Speak right words, speak faith-filled words. Have the God kind-of faith.
