Commit to Memory: “And David enquired at the Lord, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all.” (1 Samuel 30:8 KJV).

God works in mysterious ways and one way He performs His wonders in our lives is to give us speed. The scripture is replete of men and women He catapulted within a short while such that delay and stagnancy became a forgotten state in their lives.

Stagnancy and delay are weapons of the enemy to capture a Believer but the truth is that they answer to the voice of Divine speed to cease. Little wonder a voice suddenly remembered Joseph in the prison and within twenty four hours, a prisoner was catapulted to the palace. Can you imagine that in just one day Joseph graduated from a prisoner to becoming the Prime Minister of Egypt- that’s divine speed. As the Lord lives, in twenty four hours, the result of this prayer will show up in your life.

In Gen. 26:12, Isaac had witnessed years of lack and struggling without results but when the Lord granted him speed, he reaped a hundred fold blessings such that in just one year he became so prosperous  that the wealthiest king Abimelech envied him and told him to depart from them in Gerar. May heaven give you spend today.

Queen Esther on her part rose from obscurity to limelight to become the first Lady of Shusan, that’s divine speed; it makes you preferred by the revered. By Divine Speed, Rechab a prostitute and a product of incest banned for ten generations from her People received divine speed such that when the Almighty God who is the Lifter of men decided to give her speed, her storyline changed as she was reckoned to be mentioned in the genealogy of Christ. (Josh. 6:25, Matt. 1:5).

Beloved, do you know that the very first time David entered into a palace, it was the voice of a stranger that recommended him to the king Saul. We don’t even know the voice that recommended him but a voice sounded that ‘I’ve seen a son of Jesse that is good in playing music’ and immediately Saul called for him. That was how David got into the palace. Friends, there is a palace that God has prepared for you but you need a voice to connect to that palace. For a user of this inspiration, the way the Lord is going to catapult and give you speed is that He will raise a voice for your lifting while you are asleep. He did it for Isaac, Joseph, Esther, Rachab and David- may He do it for you.
