Spiritual Sight

Commit to Memory: “And Elisha prayed, and said, “LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see. Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.” (2 Kings 6:17 NKJV).

All we see is not all there is. It is for this reason the eye gate is key to how far we can go in life and destiny. The spiritual eye is the eye that sees spiritual realities and births unimaginable heights. The natural eye sees natural realities, but there is more to life than the natural realities we see around us. So we see that one challenge facing believers today is that of spiritual blindness which is the inability to see spiritual things. Are you going through circumstances that needs divine intervention but don’t seem to be getting anywhere with your concerns because you cannot see any solutions at the moment. Listen, if God can open your spiritual eyes to see from the inside out the beginning and the end of that challenge; then you will know the right step to take and have more confidence in Him and won’t have to worry any more. Halelluyah.

Spiritual blindness is been in total darkness and not been aware of the situation around us spiritually. In today’s commit to memory, Elisha prayed that God should open the eyes of his servant to see the angel surrounding them and God did and the servant put his trust and hope in God. So we see that the servant couldn’t see beyond his limitation until God opened his spiritual eyes. For a user of this inspiration, every veil covering you from seeing God’s glory shall be consumed by fire in Jesus name.

Friends, it’s a dangerous state for a man to be spiritually blind, it’s the opening of the spiritual eyes that keeps us aware of what to do, how to do, when to do and where to do. So spiritual sight is for direction (Numbers 22:1;39), Once your spiritual eyes are opened you will be able to pray the right prayer for the right situation and not just praying amiss. Do you know it is possible to be surrounded by great opportunities without seeing them. just like Hagar was surrounded by a well of water but not until God opened her eyes she couldn’t see it. (Gen 21:15-19). Your sight creates your imagination and your faith is based on your sight. Why not ask the Lord to open your spiritual eyes for there is nothing as peaceful having the foresight of things before they happen.

Reflection: You cannot see beyond the limitations pegging you until God opens your spiritual eyes.

Prayer Lines

•Father, grant me access to see solutions for every challenge of the moment in my life.

•Father, open up my eyes that I may see what to do, how to  do, where to do and when to do the things that answers for my lifting.
