Commit to Memory: “Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.” (Psalms 66:3 KJV).

Christianity without power is very frustrating. Do you desire the Acts of the Apostles as in old times? Then hunger and thirst for the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Power), you want to work the in the same realm and dimension; then tarry in His presence until the fire falls. You want satan to tremble and answer to your command then wait on God until you are endued with power from on high.

The gospel truth is that everyone have enemies and the devil is the arch enemy of the believer, so if we must have victory against these enemies know that it’s a spiritual battle against spirits and will therefore require spiritual arsenals. Now for you to conquer, you must be equipped with the power of God. The enemy derive joy in evil doing and when the children of God are suffering, they want to hinder you from living right. Why? The devil knows that if you’re living right; he cannot touch you (1 John 5:18). So, the devil goes about to steal, kill, destroy homes, cause poverty, pain and sorrows and to inflict pain on the children of God but they must submit their power today if and only if you make up your mind to come to Jesus- the most powerful God (Psalm 62:11, 66:3, Colossians 1:16-17, Isaiah 45:23). They must submit their evil powers over you if you accept this invitation of the Lord (Mathew 11:2, Isaiah 43:10).

Beloved, you want to overflow in power; turn from your evil ways, quit all forms of backsliding, mortify your flesh, tarry in prayer and fasting, repent from every known sin and I pray the Lord will cause his power to fall on you like never before.

Reflection: The only thing the devil respects is power and the only language he understands is violence.
