Commit to Memory: “So when the Ishmaelites, who were Midianite traders, came by, Joseph’s brothers pulled him out of the cistern and sold him to them for twenty pieces of silver. And the traders took him to Egypt.” (Genesis 37:28 NLT).
Life will be full of hard labouring without the timely intervention of Destiny helpers as positioned in the life of every man that must fulfil destiny. This again we see manifested in the life of Joseph as captured in today’s commit to memory. Certain individuals played major roles on his journey to the top. It started with the Midianites who drew him out of the well and sold him to the Ishmeelites for twenty pieces of silver (Gen.37:25-28) down to the mighty Pharaoh who pronounced him prime minister over Egypt (Gen.41:14, 38-45).
Beloved, there is no next level until the arrival of destiny helpers. In Genesis, scriptures reveals the life of Joseph- a man helped by God until be became prosperous. How? The Almighty God positioned certain destiny helpers on his path to ensure he fulfilled his destiny which was ultimate in the deliverance of the nation Israel during the years of lack. He was a Dreamer which made his brothers sold him, so we see that certain people (Destiny Helpers) played key roles on his exodus to the palace and as prime minister of Egypt. Pertinent among these as captured in today’s commit to memory were the passing Egyptians. So we see that the only place as predestined for Joseph to prosper was Egypt, but here he was in Canaan far from the place of his allocation and location. And so God has to orchestrate several men his way to arrive his glorious end. Hallelujah.
In Matt.27:32, Jesus the incarnate God from heaven was found helpless and exhausted incapable of carrying his cross on his way to Golgotha and this peril will jeopardize the work of redemption for mankind. The Bible says a man by name Simon of Cyrene helped him to carry the heavy cross. Infact, he was compelled to help Jesus. Beloved, if Jesus- your Jesus needed help from a mortal man, you sure need help to fulfil your destiny especially on time. For some, what you require is just information, connection, social capital, money, a lifting hand that will relocate you, or someone who will hold your hand until you succeed. As the Lord lives, for a user of this inspiration, may heaven compel men to help you achieve and fulfil your destiny in Jesus name.
Reflection: It takes the intervention of destiny helpers to bring you out of the dungeons of life.
