He will Save You-Part 3

Commit to Memory: “For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.” (Luke 19:10 NLT)

Beloved, God wants to save you. Do not lose your faith, by His mighty hand he will save you, just set your gaze on Him, fear not and don’t be weary- for whatever it is in your life that depicts Egypt as He extends His mighty arms may He defend His very interest in your life. He wants to take the centre stage of your life, He wants to save you from that pride that the enemy has orchestrated for your destruction, He wants to save you from the debts choking your neck and the grip of the enemy alien to you. He wants to save you, for this reason he came to seek and to save that which was lost.

The name given to our Lord and Saviour after the completion of the work of salvation was Jesus. It means God saves (Matt.1:21). Jesus was not his original name in the beginning but the “Word of God” (John 1:1). So He got the name of honour- Jesus as a coronation (Philip.2:9) for birthing redemption and so we see that salvation was not free, yet it cost Jesus his blood for the redemption of mankind, it cost him shame and humiliation to give us access to the father and come boldly to the throne of grace to find help in times of need, it cost him his reputation to make us kings and queens unto God, it cost him stripes to bring healing to us all and then pains for our gains. That is why, you must not despise the gift of salvation his death brought and the clarion call he is time and again bringing your way today as whenever you are given anything or you get anything cheaply, the temptation to abuse it is high and the tendency to take it for granted is strong.

Friends, fear not for God has not given us the spirit of fear, though the earth be moved and all that is familiar to us be swept away by the tide of time – but rather let us stand still, stand upon His promises, abide in His love and trust His Word as we watch him perfect all that concerns us and save us from our fears and weaknesses. How easy it is for us to flood our hearts, instead of depending on His sufficient strength – for His strength is made perfect in our weakness. But we read that Moses said to the people, Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever and so it was as they all ended and were consumed for extinction in the red sea.

Behold a question you must answer if Jesus will save you- Is your heart right with your Maker? Are you born again? Don’t take it for granted, surrender your life to Jesus today, tomorrow may be too late and as the Lord lives, He will come to your rescue and save you. For a user of this inspiration, every of your secret tears shall become tears of joy and as the Lord lives, may He save you from every unpleasant circumstance that has made you broken hearted in Jesus name.

Reflection: You are saved to save others but you are not safe until you are saved.

Prayer Lines: Father, you alone is Mighty to Save; save me from every ugly situation that has bowed down my head.
