Consistency is one key that can make kings to seek for a man, infact if you want to be taken seriously by God and nobles- be consistent as it is that discipline that replaces excuses with effort, laziness with resilience and distractions with focus. Little wonder the scripture speaks of Jesus in Mark 1:37 that “all men seek for thee”. Why? He was consistent in His relationship with God. So we see that consistency improves our relationship with God and inconsistency destroys Intimacy.

To be consistent means to constantly adhere to the same principles, course over time until results shows and thereafter to be committed and not wavering to the culture and systems that brought you results.

Are you wondering why you are not close to God the way you used to be when you just got born again? Are you trying to figure out why you have lost your first love? Friends, it’s not farfetched, what happened is that you are no longer committed as before to the things you once did joyfully for the Lord, you no longer do the things consistently that kept you burning for the Lord and you have turned your prayer and meditation time and the likes to be occasional.

Jesus is not just eternally unchanging. He is not wavering, he remains committed to patterns and His ways- this means that, as His children we must show consistency in all we do. Be a master of your own thing, give it attention like every good husband does to his wife, give it time, don’t be a jack of all trades and a master of none, fuel your passion, in the rain, in the scorching sun- stay focused, don’t be threatened or manipulated by the results of others  for if you remain committed to your dreams and aspirations- you soon become a brand to be reckoned with. For a user of this inspiration, may the Lord supply you the grace to stay consistent to that which he has called you and committed to you.
