The God of Fulfillment

Commit to Memory: “Zerubbabel laid the foundation for the temple, and he will complete it. Then everyone will know that you were sent by me, the Lord All-Powerful. (Zechariah 4:9 CEV)

One of the benefits of having the Lord as your Ally is that He is able and more than able to help you complete that which His finger has started in your life. He takes pleasure in doing this for as many who are his children. We see this been exemplified by Isaac- a type of God to Jacob- a type of the new covenant Believer. This is documented in Genesis 27:26-27

“And his father Isaac said unto him, Come near now, and kiss me, my son. And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the Lord hath blessed.”

So we see that the aural that came forth from Jacob attracted the Blessing  from Isaac and caused him to prosper in whatever his hands finds doing. Little wonder God blessed Laban because of Jacob such that as we progress in time- Jacob became exceedingly great (Gen.30:43). For a user of this inspiration, whatever work your hand finds to do and has started, whatever God has started in your life- shall be completed in Jesus name. As the Lord lives, it shall be said concerning you that everything you touch- turns to gold, men and women will say concerning you that you’ve got the magic touch such that whatever you touch prospers. May this be your lot.

It is true that we cannot achieve something worthwhile without paying the price, but the truth is that once in a while, the Almighty God can decide to smear his favour and dew on his Children to have easy and effortless breakthroughs. It’s called the dew of heaven and it attracts the fatness of the earth to walk towards you by default. So what is that project your hands have started? What is that breakthrough you anticipate that if it doesn’t happen shortly- you’re going to be in a terrible mess? What is that one thing you want and need? Listen the One who takes pleasure in the prosperity of His children, the One who has been doing His work in your life will perfect that which he has started.

Reflection: Your persistency in holding on to the promises of God will gravitate the divine fulfillment. Stagger not at His promises.
