Commit to Memory: “Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:”  Isaiah 55:6 KJV

Friends, seek the Lord wherever you are, seek Him whoever you are. For a time is coming where the things you run after will not be able to save you. That is why David said “Early will I seek you, my soul is thirsty for you”.

Now, what does it mean to seek Jesus: it means to seek his face- that is to seek his presence. Little wonder Moses said in Exodus 33:14-15 (paraphrased).

 “…If Your Presence does not go with me, do not carry us up from here!..  and in reply God said My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”

God is daily in need of those who will seek Him wholeheartedly and when He finds one- He will pour Himself into their needs such that they will lack nothing good as long as they live. Little wonder the Almighty God said in Prov.8:17 that “I love those who love me; and those who diligently seek me will find me.” Do you love the Lord? Then like Solomon, seek Him diligently so that he will prosper all that concerns you.

Stop seeking to watch pornography for such makes you far from Jesus as the heaven is far away from the earth. Seek to live for Jesus day after day and come what may just like the song writer sang . Seek Jesus before death or rapture takes you.

When you seek Jesus, he sends his presence to provide direction, comfort, safety, strength, peace and joy. When you seek the Lord, I mean His presence, the Lord will set you apart for Excellence in all things you do and touch, you become a praise and a fame among men and your identity is solidified to be preferred by the revered and favoured by those that matter to your destiny. Halleluyah.

Reflection: It is not how much money we have that gives us peace, but how much of Divine presence in, with, for and around us that gives us rest.
