An Attitude of Gratitude-part 2

Commit to Memory:  “He alone is your God, the only one who is worthy of your praise, the one who has done these mighty miracles that you have seen with your own eyes.”  Deuteronomy 10:21 NLT

Beloved, there is a kingdom key to come out of every dungeon, pit, evil vices, satanic embargoes and I tell you that key is an attitude of gratitude. Until you develop an attitude of gratitude, your altitude never gravitates to kingdom beatitudes. Why? With praise, with gratitude- you unleash the favour and blessings for the preferred by mercy and the revered by grace.

It’s interesting in the natural how our cloud is formed. How? The sun shines down on water and it produces an invisible vapour, this rises up to the earth’s atmosphere and eventually it condenses as cloud, so when enough vapour goes up, the water becomes too heavy for the cloud to hold such that it begins to drop and fall down as rain. In same similitude, you can see the rain of God’s favour by engaging in an attitude of gratitude, developing a culture of praising God. Here what David said in Psalms 146:1-2 NIV

“Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, my soul. I will praise the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.”

Your praise is that invisible vapour that goes to the heaven to form a cloud and when that cloud gets so full of gratitude, praise, worship, acknowledgement, adoration and thanksgiving; it falls down as rain of healing, divine possibilities and blessings. Every time you engage in praise- you are raised by the One who inhabits the praise of Israel. When the praise ascends, the blessing descends for praise is the channel of giving God His breath. When last did you do this? Do you desire to flow in power as of old, one ancient key will be to subscribe the praise channel; for when you enter his presence in praise, right there the Lord who inhabits the praise of Israel enters your circumstances with power.

Friends, if you are not seeing God’s favour and blessings abounding in your life, it could mean you are not praising God enough. Imagine the testimony of David– “I will praise the Lord all my life as long as I live”. What a confession, little wonder God will go ahead to show him mercy like no other- the sure mercies of David which was a brand of God’s dealing with him on the basis of mercy many will argue he never deserved.

Have you engaged prayers, fasting, tithing, seed offerings, sacrificial seeds and vows but still without results; as you engage praise by cultivating a lifestyle and culture- an attitude of gratitude, may God respond to you, have respect for the covenant and birth breakthroughs unlimited in your life. Why? Until your gratitude ascend and becomes heavy, consistent and wholehearted unto the Father of Spirits, greater dimensions of the Kingdom and God’s blessings might tarry.

Reflection: Until the vapour goes up and heavy enough, there cannot be rain.

Prayer Lines: Father, give me a garment of praise and send help my way this season.
