Commit to Memory:  “But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” Romans 8:11

Beloved, when the resurrection power is at work in your life, there will be wonders untold in your life. There is a quickening of the dead, there’s a quickening of hopeless and lifeless situation by the spirit. When this spirit is at work in your life, it will quicken and make alive whatever is wrong, failing, decaying and dead in your life. Satan taught he had won the battle of redemption by engaging all forces of hell to stop the rising of Christ from the dead, but there is a spirit- the Spirit of Christ that births resurrection woke up the immortal body of Christ full of power and glory.

As we progress we see another wonder of the resurrection power of Christ in that- it opens the grave and prison doors. In life many stars are born great but tied down in the grave or prison. For  a user of this devotional, wherever your destiny has been tied down, wherever your virtues have been locked down, every prison gate housing your breakthroughs by the power of the resurrected Christ is burst opened now.

In Matt.28:2, the resurrection power caused a great earthquake that burst opened the grave for Jesus to come out. Little wonder Acts 16:15-16 relays that the same power opened the prison doors for Paul and Silas. Its my prayer today for you, that same power will open every prison door that has kept you in bondage in Jesus name.

Every time you activate the resurrection power in prayer, what you are actually doing is that you are frustrating the plan of the enemy and you put pressure on the integrity of God’s word to perform wonders and so God will look from the heaven and say who is this that is putting  pressure on my my integrity to perform. I will go now to perform wonders untold in his or her life. May this be your lot today in Jesus name.
